Fitness Enthusiast & Coach, Arti Arya.

Tell us a little about yourself/ your fitness story.

I started my fitness journey by working out in a small gym with the goal to reduce my fat percentage. From there I got motivated to get into powerlifting and now I am a certified personal trainer.

Describe your experience in the industry?

I have been in this field for the last 3 years and have gained a lot of experience. Before getting into the fitness field, I was not so confident, not able to communicate with people well, but now I am very confident and able to communicate with everyone easily and effortlessly.

Tell us about your training philosophy?

My training philosophy is to be more of a friend to my clients so that there is always this comfort level with them and they are able to tell me all the problems that he/she is facing, so that I can work on fixing those for them.

How do you keep your clients motivated?

I keep my clients motivated by showing them their progress.

What do you see as your greatest strength? Weakness?

My greatest strength is my performance and my weakness is if my performance goes down! ( that gets de-motivating )

What role has nutrition played in your fitness journey?

Nutrition played an important role in my fitness journey, as without  nutrition you cannot give your best  performance. To be fit and to achieve your goals,  one needs good nutrition.

What are your professional goals you wish to achieve in the next 5 – 10 years?

In 5-10 years I want to be the owner of my own gym,  a good powerlifter, fitness model and a good fitness influencer.

How has being so fit benefitted other areas of your life?

After getting  into the  fitness industry,  my people range has increased and that has benefited me in many ways in my life.

A quote that best describes you.

Be fit. Be motivated!
